Made with Australia’s first Regenerative Organic Certified grapes grown at Inkwell Wines in Tatachilla, McLaren Vale. This is our entry into the 2024 Hacking the future of Shiraz Project.

The wine underwent a 14 day carbonic maceration, then naturally fermented while been plunged once daily for a further month. The wine was pressed off to second fill and older French Barriques. Once settled in the late spring, the wine was gravity racked to tank, lightly sulphured, and bottled early to maintain vibrancy.

No additions, fining or filtration were needed during this process.
